Remote Brake Bias Adjustment System

The remote brake bias adjustment bar is used in conjunction with the brake bias cable assembly and adjustment knob to allow the driver to take control of the front to rear brake bias. These brake bias adjustment systems are ideal for giving the driver control of the brake bias whilst driving. This becomes crucial with changing track conditions.
DESIGN
- Universal product – the bar is adjustable in length to be compatible with most race brake systems
- Professional design and quality construction

- Aluminium yoke clevises have 5/16″ internal thread for connection to brake pots
- Central spherical bearing is a high quality teflon lined bearing giving durable performance and precise motion
- The flexible adjustment cable is approximately 850 mm long (can be shortened easily on installation)
- Features a very unique detente/multi click control knob system to provide positive feedback to the driver of the amount of adjustment being applied/required. This is in stark contrast with most other systems which do not have this detente facility and are merely control knobs – leaving the driver with no real knowledge of the precise amount of adjustment to be “dialled in” to counter changing racing surface conditions at anytime. Additionally ,should somebody attempt to “tamper” with the settings when the car is unattended ,it can easily be reset to the correct number of clicks once discovered.
USE
- Gives the driver control of the bias adjustment which can be altered during a race
- Changing track conditions or weather conditions may require an adjustment in brake bias
- Adjustment is initiated via the 7/16″ UNF threaded rod controlled by the cable adjuster which containes two black annodised aluminium yoke clevises with 5/16″ UNF internal thread – fits most brake master cylinder push rods
- Brake bias adjustment range is 0-100%

- This fits inside all standard pedal box brake bias systems and if required, provided is a 35mm long piece of tubing to house the spherical bearing – this has a 32mm outer diameter with a 2mm wall thickness
